Shipping and Returns

Standard lead time for shipping placed orders is 7-14 business days. If you have any questions pertaining to your order status or tracking number, please forward an email to Juugclothing@gmail.com with the subject being your order name and number. Please be sure to include correct shipping information, Juug Clothing is not responsible for any items once they have been shipped.

Returns

All sales are final. If your product is still sealed in its original packaging, then it can be exchanged or returned.
